Winter Carnivals in Mikkeli

In 2012, whole new event takes place at Mikkeli, the Winter Carnival! The main event takes place at Mikkeli market place and during the carnival will be program for the whole family:

Wednesday 22.2.
At 19.00 Jukurit on Ice. Mikkeli´s own icehockey team Jukurit challenge you to the broom-ball match.

Thursday, 23.2.
Fire & Ice Show at 18.00-21.00. Included Mikkeli skaters iceshow and FireShow organized by Lumica.

Friday 24.2.
Icekaraoke! Fabulous karaoke night, come to skate and sing!

Saturday 25.2.
Mikkeli Action Market at 12.00 to16.00 in collaboration with the FC Vaakuna rally.
At 10-12 Market Square: Rally Start
12-16 Action Market!, adults sumowrestling, gladiatorial contests, ATVs, snowmobiles, rodeoox and dino mascot!

In Market Square also snowmobile and ATV show, arranged by Mikkeli Rantakone. At market you can also explore the rally cars!

Sunday 26.2.
Up, out and move! Snowman building (depending on weather).  Activities organized by Etelä-Savon liikunta: actioncheckpoint and skate rental. Also a hut to keep us warm, sausage, juice and pancakes! During the day, you can participate to a variety of activities!
